ONE STORY
Once there was a farmer, living in a remote village. He had four sons and two daughters. He owed a one eyed camel and a injured knee. One morning, his wife and his little daughter ride on camel to see her sister in a nearby village.Unfortunately, she lost her way in a jungle and couldn't find her way back home. The farmer searched them here and there but all in vain. He returned home in complete dismay. Her daughter brought a glass of water. His all sons gathered around him.He disclosed to them about missing of camel, wife and daughter. He asked them to search them at any cost.
His eldest son Oliver was shirker and debauch; only seeking sensual pleasure ;eating, talking, wandering, sleeping, etc. His second son George was very imaginative and used to chalk out mega plans but never acted upon any of them. He was fond of building castle in the air.He suggested to fetch sniffer dogs from the city; they would surely search them in a jiffy. The farmer’s youngest son Jack objected with explanation that it would take a lot of time in bringing sniffers, meanwhile night would have prevailed and all would vanish.Oliver threw another plan to arrange four horses so we would ride on them and search the missing in all four directions. Jack again disagreed, saying; there was only one horse in our village and it was not certain whether it would have been available or not? The moment we would arrange four horses, night would have reigned.Oliver was not a person to stop in putting plans, he flowed another idea of making announcement in every corner of the village so every villager get to know about camels and its riders.Jack explained to him that if villagers would have any clue of camel; they would have had brought it to our home till now.
The farmer’s third son Harry and fourth, the youngest of all, Jack were both fond of work. Harry was more strenuous and energetic but was a perfect goof .He stood up in hurry ,left the home, saying; soon I would search them out.
Jack came near to the father and asked; “When did you last time see the camel?” The father replied; “The camel was tied with tether to a sissoo tree(shisham) just outside the home.Jack further inquired:”Whether had he provided fodder, water ?” The father replied: “ I had left for fields to harvest fodder, in the meanwhile, your mother had gone.Jack realized that the camel was hungry as well as thirsty. He set off in search on the way just front of his home. After a short journey, Jack saw two paths. He went on one way and saw the roadside trees and on the ground as well. Trees were looking normal, no cutting of leaves or twigs by any animal, similarly the road had no sign of fresh-cut fallen leaves. So he turned back and set off on the second way.He saw bruising on trees and fresh fallen leave on the ground. He became sure that the camel had adopted this way.
He travelled a short distance, that he found ahead three different routs .He looked all the three and searched broken leaves below but all paths were devoid of fresh leaves. He was perplexed now, which path was followed by the camel? Now he thought out another design, he started watching camel’s footprint on three ways. On one of the path, he saw fresh prints; he realized camel must have followed this path. He went on this way. He moved on and then saw two paths. Ironically, both paths had foot prints of camels. What to do now? A reply flashed in his mind, his camel had defect in one of his knee. So he watched closely foot print density ; three were deep and clear and fourth one was vague. He talked to himself, his camel was not putting all weight on diseased leg, so print is not deep and clear. So, with certainty, he chose that path.
He was looking all around in search of the camel, its riders and was moving ahead. After a while, he saw three paths; yet another hurdle. This time the paths were hard enough to have clear footprints and let him decide which way his crippled camel had gone. He thought for a moment and turned back and went to the place where the footprints were clear. There, he speculated from the direction of previous footprints and keeping in mind both the disabilities and went on the calculated path, selected on basis of biological and geometrical consideration.
After travelling a few kilometers, he found a cluster of trees and number of paths. The paths were hard enough. Now guessing of camel route was difficult. He glanced at 360’degrees, all around. On one of the path, he saw a well just on the side of way. He went that way and reached the well.
He saw freshly split water near well. He also found wooden dinky cart of her sister laying on the fence of well. He drank water, washed his face, hands and feet. He became sure that camel and riders have came here, drank water, rested and then moved ahead. He picked the wooden dinky cart and went that way. The sun was setting, so were his hopes. He was getting worried so he started walking swiftly; fear generated adrenaline affected well. After a while, he was completely exhausted but worry of father, parting of mother, love of sister and pet affection of camel- all triggered his courage and provided energy to an extent, he almost started running. On the way, he met a caravan. He inquired them about the camel. The chief of caravan replied that he saw a camel a little while ago, along with a woman and little girl. He also informed that the woman had asked about the route of his village. But being stranger here, we couldn’t guide her.Jack inquired him: “ From which way, were there coming?” The chief said, “that way”pointed with his arm. He went that way. After a short journey, Jack saw that all ways ended and a vast barren plain started. On seeing the plain, he became happy as he had realized that his camel was one-eyed. So in a plain, camel couldn't move straight, rather it would move in a circle  and would not go ahead. He looked around the plain and found a hillock. He rushed towards the hillock and started climbing it. On reaching the top, he looked around. His joy became boundless when he saw the camel in the westward withs red horizon in the background. He stepped down from the hillock and ran towards the camel. His mother became happy to see him. He took all of them back to home. His father was over joyed, all gathered to rejoice; Jack told the entire episode and was applauded. His brother Harry searched camel all the day long and returned home exhausted, with all in vain. Oliver was sleeping in his bed while George was sitting on the stone and was drawing maps on the ground to search camel.

ONE THOUGHT
According to a research, there are only 8% people who achieve success in their lives whereas 92% met failure. What is success? To achieve the coveted one! Now the question arises, whether success is accidental or manipulated one? Research says, success is the outcome of “properly oriented calculated strive”.
There are four categories of people. First, who neither think nor act. Researchers say, they are “dead” but with only difference that they are not buried yet. Such people met failure. Second, some people only think. Make big plans but never put them into practice. They just think without any action. Such people are sure to meet failure. Third, some people act without thinking. They use their bodies more than their mind.Such people steps on the road of success but due to lack of proper planning, met disaster before achieving target. Fourth, some people think and then act. They chalk out proper pragmatic plan with pondering all aspects. Then act upon from dawn to dusk, keeping a bay all kinds of distractions. They use both mind and body. Sure success is their ultimate and logical result. But they are only 8%; while first three categories people are 92%.
In above story, one can find people of all kind in the shape of sons.Picture also show the same variety of people with logical result.
Jack, is the one who think and then act. In every difficult situation, he came up with new solution. Further, he follow the famous formula of winner; what is called Internal Training 52:17 ( Work on your targeted goal for 52 minutes and then refresh yourself for 17 minutes; in order to attain maximum output of your efforts). When he drinks water and washes his body at well, at that moment, he acting upon the formula of 52:17. When he is dead tired and cannot walk, he thought about anxiety of his father, separation of her mother, love of his sister and cuddly association of camel. Suddenly, he gets charged emotionally. In fact, he is acting upon EQ formula of success, that says, only emotionally stable and emotionally activated person get success. Jack demos good example of emotional imbalance.
In sun, success is the fruit which grows on the twigs of proper planning, when watered regularly with untiring struggle. So, everyone can achieve success with proper planning and hardworking and so can you.
Human history of 10,000 years reveals that the nations, the individuals, that worked out proper planning after a prolonged deep thinking and then performed day and night struggle; always met success and stayed at top.
